Duncan Group Properties was founded by mother-and-son duo Ford and Michelle Duncan in 2019, after years of growing their own successful real estate businesses. Originally launched as a traditional real estate team in 2017, they soon realized the best way to offer superior value, support, and competitive pay was to adopt a “teamerage”—a hybrid model combining the greatest strengths of both a team and a brokerage.
Since then, Duncan Group Properties has built a vibrant agent community that prioritizes personal and professional growth, leverages cutting-edge technology, and refines processes to remove pain-points and improve efficiency. Broker Support & Mentorship
With two in-office brokers, you will have no shortage of assistance and training. Our "open door" policy allows agents to get quick assistance on transaction problems or questions. We also pride ourselves on expanded hours of phone availability as well.
Weekly Training
We offer both in-person and Zoom training options every week. From mindset & motivation meetings, to topical training on things actually impacting agents, to dialogue and role play. Our agents have access to a wide range of opportunity to grow personally and professionally.
